Group science session

We took part in a lovely get together with HE group 1 last Friday where families brought along a good variety of science experiments for the children to try out.

Having collected 16 owl pellets from the stables, and seeing as how Ben and I were pretty excited about pulling them apart, we took these with us for the children to dissect. It seemed to go down well, especially with the boys!

Other goodies included experiments about static, edible sand on an M&M, vinegar/bicarb volancoes, oxygen, exploding rockets, trajectories and these:

Can't go wrong with cornflour and water - great fun and very messy!
