Paul and Ben went along to Waddington Air Show a couple of weekends back. As big aircraft lovers we've been meaning to go along as a family for many years. The weather forecast for this year's show seemed set to be very good so the lads decided to go along (us girls had other commitments - boo). Apart from the very long queues to get parked, it seemed to be a huge success - I was mighty envious on having to miss out - but there's always next year!
Paul took loads and loads of amazing pictures - here's just a tiny selection of my absolute favourites:
Battle of Britain Memorial Flight
The graceful "Sally B"
Chinook
Red Arrows
I really like this pic as it shows off the Vulcan's huge wing span of 99 or 111 feet (depending whether Mk1 or Mk2).
The beautiful Vulcan
