Yummy things

By just I came across this lovely recipe on Angel Eden's blog.  Katie, being a lover of cooking and food in general, has made several batches of these since discovering them.  They are so easy to make and so delicious too.  Once baked, they don't stick around for long!

Butterscotch cookies

While we on the subject of grub, Katie and I also cooked an Indian meal the other weekend.  Home prepared vegetable samosas for starter with mango dip, then chicken tikka masala (following Jamie Oliver's method),  the scrummiest chicken korma (recipe from, highly recommended, and very easy to follow) and Bombay potato side dish plus vegetable rice.  Yum!

Both Ben and Katie enjoy cooking, so we thought perhaps we'd do a meal like this each month.  Ben's opted to do Mexican for next month and has already found all the recipes he'd like to try.  I'll let you know how we get on.
