Diamond Jubilee Weekend ...

... is just a few days away now.  Hoping the sun will continue to shine and make this lovely celebratory long weekend one to remember.  There are many, many things happening up and down the country ideal for the whole family to get out of the house and have a great time.  If you're thinking of having a knees up, street party or a private picnic, there's plenty of wonderful things to choose from on Folksy to make your special event perfectly patriotic!

As always, click on the photo to go straight to the relevant shop.

To kick start my line up of goodies, I'd like to show you my felt heart Union Jack and crown charm brooch.  Absolutely perfect for wearing during the Jubilee weekend, whether pinned to your clothes, bag, or simply displayed alongside your other party table settings.  It'll be great for the Olympics too and as the Union Jack seems to be very fashionable lately, you can easily wear it all year round!
